As a Residential Construction Project Manager you will thrive in a fast paced environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to the operations team.

The following highlights some of the responsibilities you will excel at:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects in accordance with design, budget and schedule
  • Read, interpret and execute plans, schematics, specifications and contracts
  • Familiarity with OBC/NBC pertaining to wood-frame structures
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Prepare cost estimates for residential and multi-residential wood-frame structures
  • Prepare and manage progress and cost tracking reports
  • Liaise with owners and consultants in a professional manner
  • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of company personnel
  • Select and oversee work done by sub-contractors
  • Ensure sub-contractors and field personnel observe company Health & Safety policies and obey provincial safety regulations
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are met

You will also have the following skill set:

  • Strong team player able to contribute good ideas and provide positive input to team dynamics
  • Budget management and proven ability to ensure that costs are contained while ensuring resources are available when and where needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast paced environment under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
  • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to proactively anticipate and prevent problems from arising
  • Highly organized, results oriented, self-starter who builds strong and lasting business relationships
  • High level of personal integrity and ethical behavior
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

  • Minimum of Technical diploma (CET or equivalent) or degree in engineering
  • 5-7 years experience in single/multi-family residential
  • 3+ years in direct project management

We are looking for an experienced new sales representative to join our team at Kemptville Landing.

Responsibilities include:

– greeting clients & giving tours of the sales centre

– obtaining client contact information & following up

– meeting with clients either at the sales centre or off-site location as needed

– lead follow up & tracking

– general tidying and cleaning of the sales centre (sweeping, mopping and dusting as needed)

– putting out and bringing in sales centre directional signs on the weekend

– develop and maintain a knowledge of the Kemptville & Ottawa markets, including real estate trends, area development and competitor knowledge

Must be available to work weekends and holidays (as needed) and must be flexible to meet when clients are available.

The candidate must have a demonstrable closing record and sales success. Be sure to list any awards, closing rates, or sales achievements in your resume.
