Oxford Village X LA Group

Oxford Village is a project by LA Group, with Mattamy Homes as the primary builder for Phase 1. The development is the brainchild of Gilles Brisebois, LA Group CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

Around 60 homes are being built in Phase 1 A on Robert Perry and Douglas Hardie streets, with Phase 1 B set to start in October. Mattamy Homes purchased 300 lots and has already sold 48 homes, according to Brisebois. He expressed a “humbling feeling” as his vision comes to life after years of planning, calling it an honor. The development will also feature a 40-acre protected wetland and a new water treatment plant for 5,000 homes, with the first residents expected to move in this fall.
