The former St. John the Evangelist Church was built in 1869, located in Oxford Mills.
The beautiful exterior stone walls which have been restored and the existing roof structure are essentially all that remain of this historical building which is being converted into a very unique single dwelling.
The future home will include a 700 ft2 open loft floor above the ground floor layout all in this expansive volume of the 30’+ cathedral ceiling above.
