The first meeting is important to get to know your build needs, budget and start date goals. The initial consultation is scheduled on Microsoft Teams where we can meet to discuss your project and next steps.
Following the first meeting, a formal proposal will be sent that includes the project details and timelines.
If you are happy with the terms of the proposal, an agreement will follow that secures your project.
This is the fun part! We will start planning the design and layouts of your construction project. This is an interactive process between our team and your family. We will decide on layouts and style for the home.
Once the house plans are confirmed, we will obtain permits to begin the building process.
Let’s break ground! We will start with excavation and then go into framing, finishes and completion. LA Group has a team to take care of everything from beginning to finish.
Once everything has been completed, a final inspection will be conducted, and we will do a walkthrough with the homeowner to confirm everything is to spec. Then you can get your moving truck ready for move in!
We will be here to answer any questions or support with anything you may have noticed after move-in. Your home will also be covered under the Tarion New Home Warranty which provides up to 7 year protection on your home.
